The creatures depicted here are all based on Japanese mythology:nRyujin - the dragon god of storms and the sea.nKirin - Also called the Qilin, it's often referred as the Asian version of the unicorn.nKarakasa - an umbrella demon that taunts unsuspecting passersby.nKomainu - a Fu dog, or Lion dog.nKitsune Tsuki - Fox possession of a beautiful woman by trickster kitsune.nnAll assets were sculpted by me using Zbrush.
