Domingo, Albay in the Bicol Region, as a sea of thick clouds is seen passing through the majestic view of Mayon Volcano in the background on Sunday, May 5.<br/><br/>According to Olvido, they were less affected by El Niño since they had enough supply of water in their irrigation.
