Skoda Laura has an AC off button built into the blower fan speed control switch. But, for unknown reasons, Skoda decided to disable the feature by using a plastic mould as blanking. However, there are buttons built into the PCB, and removing the blanking will unlock the AC Off switch. This video shows the functionality of the hack.
