Coach Scott Schmidt held open competitive tryouts for Florida National University's Men's Basketball Sports team at Bucky Dent Gym on Saturday, June 29th. Florida National University (FNU) will be using Bucky Dent Gym as its home courtduring the team's inaugural season. Coach Schmidt was very happy with the turnout of 45 players. Based on the large turnout, Schmidt feels FNU is well-positioned to have a very good inaugural season.
