Minister Foster Cummings said the decision to launch the Crisp, All-set, Project drive initiative, CAP, followed consultation with various industry experts on the skills the country needs.<br/><br/><br/>As Rynessa Cutting reports, the Minister says about a dozen more programmes will be rolled out in the coming weeks.
