Description: Need to work on Toes to bar. Even if it's curious whether i'm weak on core strength or on skills, it has become obvious to pay attention to this specific movement. nnThese days, it's raining cats and dogs here in korea, so there was no other way but to substitute running for rowing 700m. nnI didn't reallly feel like working out today, but had to, since I believe in the maxim - stick to training throught the years and then will power doesn't matter. It is just what to be done everyday!
