Description: This morning a concerned residents contacted the Fairfield Police Department about suspicious activity caught on their home camera system involving a juvenile. nOn Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021 around 8:40 a.m. this morning, a male subject wearing a black hat, black hoodie, blue jeans, and black shoes was recorded walking west on Meadowlark Dr. from Clay Bank Rd. while forcefully escorting a female juvenile.
